Yeh im on that , did you pick up the black package from medical when the ban was up ?  I went to the the medical exam and walked to the window of the US consulate  last tuesday  and still waiting for interview date , i cant schedule an interview online like they told me to. I called the embassy and have to wait until they approve the request it then schedule the appoinemt. Did you have to do that ?

Wow i still cant belive you were allowed to go back at 11 months , so in the blue sheet excatly said CALL back on january , it didn't say " you can re do medical exam after this date" ? You personally schedule  the 2nd interview ... ?

Yes yes you can help me a lot by providing me information of the first interview what exactly did that blue or yellow sheet said did the officer told him that his 601a waiver was revoked ?  did he have a 601 approved before he left the United States , if it was for a year why did you go back before the year  for a 2nd interview ? 

Yeh thats what i heard from lawyer that is 601 not 601a. I still dont understand why my 2nd interview date isbtaking  long . What the heck another year is what im hearing too this is bull ####### i cant believe we have to wait more . Yeh we are gathering all the info i can and hardship  letters and etc we are 95%  ready with the 601 when im just waiting for interview date but dont know why is taking long ..... how lond did it take for you to get interview date?

Right now im waiting for counsular to approve me this letter so i can have another 2nd interview , did my medical exam ,my ban is up and just waiting for date for 2nd interview 

@NancyArellano please tell me about your case , im goi g through the same thing  i know every case is different but i need an idea of whats next 

Or anybody have information regarthing what happens after 1 year ban

Yeh some people saying 7 8 now 11 i kniw some people that got it in 8 months ,who knows ...this is so stressful and stupid  Irma2020 tell me about your whole case ?

To tell you the truth i was expecting it , im not getting my hopes up just been realistic so sad we get punished for telling the truth . My ban is up on july this year but IM not expecting to come back on that date untill 5 or 6 months later i have a family i left behind and is so hard to ser eachother due to money flights hotels and everyrhing is super expesive , what i dont get is we have to spend money to book flihht and hotel to juarez for second opportunity = money then for them to tell you have to apply for waiver again = money (i heard it was 580, didnt know it went up that bad)then go to juarez for 3th time to redo medical and spend more money on hotel and flight the US government is getting rich from us and we not even in the U.S yet .i do have a lawyer and he said he been working ovet 15 years and he has never heard of reapplying for waiver again he also been on tv for univision my boss hired him , jjust waiting for him to see ehat the embassy or uscis responded to him ! I have send emails as well and its been over 2 months and i havent hot a reply 

To tell you the truth i really dont remember when i got DACA but i know its after i was 20 so i had to apply for 601 waiver, went to medical and got ban for a year for admitting marijuana use in the past , not my ban will be over on july but some people say my waiver was automaticly revoked and i remember the officer told me that as well but its not writen on the blue sheet they gave me only the inegibility for drug use , i. Called the embassy abd said i just need to fax my waiver cuz its not on file and my lawyer says i dont need to resummit waiver again , thats why i was wondering if you need a waiver but i guess your case its a little differnet 

PS. Waiver approval are taking 6 to 8 months  eich if i have to do it ill be in mexico for 2 years not 1 

i received DACA as well after i was  20 years old , i arrived to the US when i was 9 . So when did you arrive in the US ?

I'm really worried to tell you the truth my ban is up on July ,3 months after you husband pretty close , I even called the embassy and they told me I didn't need to reapply for it my lawyer told me the same  most of the people that I have talked /read said it's necessary to reapply for it 601 which it really sucks because the wait time for approval is 6 to 8 months to be approved  , so a year ban will = to almost two years . Hopefully Trump won't affect anything for us .

Any update anybody regarthing reaplying for 601 waiver and hoes long does it take ? My lawyer advice me that I don't need to reapply for it even tho the officer at interview said it was revoked.

Wholy so it can take more than a year so wait you went back to juarez had the medical again,the interview and got approved the have to re aply for waiver and wait till you get it then you can come back ?or all the way around wait for waiver and go to juarez and do it all over again?####### i cant believe is more than a year ,i might go to TJ too, to rosarito so my wife and kids can come see me one in a while can you give me the info of the rehab facility you went to ?

Yes mine was revoked as well , so wait you are still in TJ your time is not up yet?you are still in rehab at the moment and drug testing , you have 3 months ?Did you tried to fight it or is it not worth it .im the heead of household and they depend on me you think that would make an excepyion?

I know damn well that if i do any kind of drug i am screwd and wont ever see my kids again, so thats why i know i dont need rehab but ill defently do a test everymonth i guess ill have to ask either the consulte or the medical facility for that

I mean, i can make drug test every month no problem but rehab damn i have been reading most people dont have to do that ,i have a family i left behind ,havent lived in mexico over 15 years.so you did it for 8 months not 12 and that was okay ?thisnis so damn difficult

I need some help and info-I just got banned one year for admiting marijuana use.The medical facility asked me to get in a rehab program and do like 3 antidoping test ,is the rehab really nessesary?i would defently would do the test but rehab i dont think i need it.Is there any way it can be sooner than a year ? Please some info would help i can redo my medical till july 2017
