Hello. I just filed my petition for my Filipina wife in June. We are trying to get a spousal visa. Sent all the required paperwork and forms. Paid the $420 visa fee. Got a letter from the USCIS a couple weeks ago stating that they received my petition and it's being processed. I live in Florida USA. My wife is obviously in the Philippines. Can anyone tell me what's next and about how long it takes to get approved? Thank you.
