No he's been in Mexico since his first appt which was back in Nov 2005.

He had a 9c been unlawfully present in the United States for an aggregate period of more than 1 year, or/and who enters or attempts to reenter the United States without being admitted is inadmissible.

Unfortunately he has not been approved. We were asked for the I-212 after all my documents were sent. It was received on January 30 at the Nebraska service center.

My husband had his appointment in Ciudad Juarez on August 15, 2016. He really wasn't asked many questions but he was but he was given a 221g form. I'm a U.S citizen but apparently the CO that was interviewing my husband found "something" wrong with my birth certificate. Besides the 221g form he was also given a yellow form from fraud prevention requesting information for me. Any receipt from the hospital, newborn pictures, birth certificate with the my foot print, school transcript, immunization records, brothers birth certificates, proof of how my mother entered the US before I was born and a contact number for her. Luckily we had most of the stuff that they requested. We also sent school certificates, my US passport, 2 newer birth certificates and a receipt from the Registrar-Recorder where I got a copy from my BC.
We also had to send another affidavit of support because mine was not enough. All this was send and received by August 31, 2016 and we have not heard anything back from the Consulate.
Has anyone been asked for this type of information? This is just so nerve wrecking.

On March 21, 2017 we received letter notification that our case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC. Does anyone know if Lee's Summit, Mo (NBC) sends a NOA/ receipt letter and if so how long does it usually take?
