I am permanent resident, filed for my spouse in September 2015, case was transferred to local office in May 2016, I made several info pass to the local office and I was told they will be scheduling me the petitioner for an interview. I haven't heard from the local office till date, I don't know what's going on with my case. Has anyone been through same sweat and frustration? Pls share your experience. Is anyone  still in the same boat with me? I appreciate everyone for reading and sharing a thought,

Filed I-130 for my spouse on September 30,2015 and I am green card holder. Sent all request of evidence and case was then sent to my Local USCIS office since May 12, 2015. No update since then. I made an info pass to the Local office and I was told my case is pending for interview. They would like to interview the petitioner. Is been over one year now pending for interview. Is this a normal procedure? Has anyone ever been through same situation? 

My case is still at the local USCIS office yet to be approved.

This is my story.

I am a green card holder and had filed i-130 for my wife since September 2015. Long story shot, Case was received by my local office on May 12, 2016. I made an info pass to the local office and I was told I am being schedule for an interview as the petitioner. I haven't heard anything since then. Is been over a year now since case was received by the local office. Question; is there anyone in the same boat as September filer? Is this a normal procedure? Please let's update ourselves. Can't wait to have my wife here! 

Is anybody here who has a priority date of September 30 2015? I received an email for the past 3months which reads, " local office received your case", and this was after I sent in the requested RFE document. May I know if anybody with this priority date had received approval. Thanks
