The consulate received my case In mid December 2015, they scheduled my interview for the K1 in mid January 2016, a month later. But I was unable to attend that interview because I was in Australia, I requested to reschedule it and they did so, the 2nd interview was rescheduled to mid March, 3 months later. I attended that interview and was put under AP, they kept my passport and handed me my rights as an immigrant. I am still under AP untill today, it's been 4 months and some weeks.
