I contacted Ombudsman and they replied saying that I have pending i-751 and N-400 so the waiting is longer and still within  processing time frame

Divorced was finalized on 6/18 and the certified decreee with a request to switch to a waiver filing was delivered today!

 

Hopefully it will force someone to at least look at our case...

Woke up to a change in notification message this morning, looked up on the app to find out that my interview has been scheduled for September 13th. Good news!!!

Was your status updated to "Case ready to be scheduled for interview" or it was directly updated to interview scheduled? My case is stuck at RFE received status since 06/07 and it is frustrating.
