    Hi , VJ family.   
    sorry it’s been so long since my last update. 
     

    My wife received her 10 year GC this past October .  We were so late doing the AOS   She never received the 2 year GC .

    hello all, the nvc sent our package to manila on may 30 , my fiancee has not received any mail, i called several times ,they keep telling me to wait on a email that the package has been received , is this the normal process ? my fiancee is waiting to do the ds-160

      Hi VJ family.. I have a question . Is there a penalty if filing late of the AOS and working past the I-94 expiration date? If so what is the penalty ?

    Hi all, received my email on January 10th , stating my Case has been forwarded to California for processing , my question is if I receive a RFE , will I send to Texas or California ?thanks

      My wife received her 10 year green card on 10/10/2020. Her work permit was due to expire end of December thanks goodness we didn’t have to send off for another one . Our interview was via tablet . It’s was very difficult to hear him because others are interviewing in the room as well but all worked out well . Thanks God
