Just keep calling the hospital same thing happens to us only to find out medical was sent 6 days after His appointment and that was December 5th. The embassy didn't not go have to our case unit  December 20th we are now waiting for visa to be released.

So fiance did medical on November 14th Embassy appointment November 28th. Medical received at Embassy December 1st.

Hello I'm headed to work but wanted you to know medical was sent for my fiancé December 1 to embassy. The embassy did do update on the 5th but still AP status. Now I'm really upset at this whole system. Looks like a New Years Eve event may not happen for my family and its heart breaking.

WOW OK I guess the best I can hope for is my fiance being in US next month...I read they may take 2-6 weeks when its AP. Shaking my head. At least foir you it could be any day.

Yes I too have big plans in a couple of weeks. But the closer it gets to Christmas tickets will be really high. I just can't believe we come to the end to still play the waiting game. I plan on calling both medical and embassy tomorrow to see what they have to say.

So I replied to this once but wanted to say I found out about Rapid Visa first, before this website. Since we had already experience "turn around" not knowing the rules, I didn't want to mess anything up the second time. I felt comfortable and got many $375 worth. But follow your first mind this website is awesome and it helps to know there are people going thru what you are going thru.

Not really sure what's the hold up. Our case status hasn't changed since December 5th. I am now back to sleepless nights when I was so excited about his smooth the embassy appointment was.

I used them and just finished payment plan in October. They are great and very helpful. In fact I was a little but ahead of things because of them. My fiancé never received a text, a email nor a piece a mail. For some reason it all came to me. And because of rapid visa the ds160 was a breeze.

I'm not sure what that mean, but God is good take it as positive. You maybe with your fiancé soon. Congratulations

Although it hasn't been months its just disheartening we made it this far followed the rules and still we play the waiting game. Our case was updated or looked at day after appointment and again Monday the 5th with still saying administrative process. Hoping soon for both of us. Keep your head up.

Wow I hope it doesn't take 90 days for K1. My fiance lives there, the embassy has had packet since September 21st. I'm praying we all get thru this soon as it is time to vote for new President in the US. I'm on pins and needles trying to patiently wait.

Hi I made the call feelings got sad the customer service guy was really nice after being on hold for 35 min. I was told my case hasn't been sent to Jamaica yet.

But at least he gave me my NVC #. We been approved since August 31, 2016. He even gave me the id#. Until my fiancé receives the email with instructions, I will prepare to send him my taxes,check stubs, affidavit of support, and complete the ds160. Another long weekend, but it will be greater later.

I agree with the above comments. I was in a similar situation only didn't marry on K 1 but experienced the ex husband showing his true self. He was already in the states, we married and I moved from my home state to live where he had received a good job, and then it began. He didn't want me to go anywhere including with him, and he didn't spend any time with me. There was no time to argue because he was never home for that. I was miserable no friends, no family, and I wanted my marriage but was too blind to see he had something else in mind. I feel sorry for your pain. Only you know how much you can handle but if it was me I would file for a divorce. My divorce was cut and dry and 3days after we filed the judge awarded the divorce which was a blessing.Good luck on whatever you decide.
