  1. Hi,

    1) there is an expiration date on NOA2. What does it mean? Do we have to get an interview date before the expiration date? If it's expired, will the officier reject the visa?

    2) DS-156K also requires

birth certificate, police certificate, evidence of engagement and evidence of financial support

so do we have to attach them to the package 3 and mail them back?

do we send copies or the originals?

    thanks,

    lele

  3. hi all, I have a question:

    we received package3,

for the photos, 2 photos to be mailed back with the package 3, 1 to be taken to the medical, is this right? or 2 photos need to be taken to the interview, not with package 3 and 1 to be taken to the medical?

    thanks

  4. We received package3 from London embassy, but a little bit confused:

to schedule an interview, we have to send back package 3. Do we have to include the medical exam results and all 3 photos together with other documents in the package 3 or we can send in the medical exam results later? what's the procedure? Because we live far away from London, it's not easy to have medical exam done in the near term.

    thanks for the help!

  5. Hi,

my fiancee is out of country (UK) for a month and our petition is already sent to the embassy in London. Do we have to use in the original forms in package 3 sent by London embassy? Can we download the 3 forms from the web, fill them out, attach the required supporting documents and send them to the embassy?

    thanks,

    lele
