people from east europe africa asia rsussia and hispanic from south africa... love to travel to other countries to have a better life because where they are from are very poor so they decide to do any way to go to other countries ,there are many things that they do like having a fake passport they pay money for that and a lot of other ways to come to USA or Europe ,BUT there is an other way that make a lot of USC victims of ,its the internet lots of people get married now through the internet but they dont know what that person who is overseas wants(he wants to get the visa to come to USA)this is what he really wants if you look and search for the very small spot in his heart ,USA is everybody dream to come and live and work the Americans search for love so they do there best to bring husband and wives from other countries when the other half only wants the papers ,ok well everything is understood so far ...after the person come here that means his half of dream came true,whats the other half?? it is to obtain the permamnt residence (green card) not for 2 years he or she wants the green card for 10 years so they keep doing there tricks with spouse who doesnt know anhtyhing (i love you so much ,i die for you blah blah blah...)until he gets what he wants ,lots of Americans mailed a letter to home land security saying that they were used for green card but they cant do anything about it ,i wish people could know whats going on ,i means whats really behind this people who come here by marriage or whatever,this is what i hope Americans think about,i seen some people from other countries married old Americans 30 years older than he is even 40 years older than he is or married fat women (this is not a love marriage )trust me and you gotta know what you are doing ,this is the truth and if you dont believe in this there will come a day you will know ,

how much did you pay for AOS?

i have already entered US on k-visa when i got here my I-130 was approved and after a week i got a letter say that my wife has to pay 70 dollars I-864 so they can send her the affidavit of support but iam already here should i send that money or a letter tell them iam here? please i want somone who went through this to tell me what he did thanks a lot again.

hey guys i came back from the local office on friday conecrning the k-3 visa that was given back to me at the airport ,the officer of homeland security just stamped my passport and gave me back that k-3 visa package which he was not supposed to give it back to me well i hired a lawyer and it took 4 months now which was a very stupid idea i called USCIS and they told me to go to local office , at the local office the officer told me to send the package with the AOS and EAD and the letter telling why it took this long and as well as the a copy of my approval of I-130 and I-94 so iam going to do that and i really do hope its a good idea,i think that the officer at the local office knows best so iam just gonna go with what he said i really do hope this will work i lost a lot of money just because the package was given back to me at the airport well guys give me advices and make me feel comfortable ,thanks a lot guys

hey everyone,first of all i wanna give an advice to everyone which is NEVER HIRE A LAWYER i wish i did everything by myself,well my question is about the local office the uscis told me to take my pack to local office ,the package was given back to me in the POE which was supposed to bekeptin the airport its been a long time working with the lawyer untill i knew that package has to be in the airport when i called the airport the said take it to the local office ,is the local office do a good job? and what if this is not working and i want to apply again for I130 can i do that? thanks

i came here to US and when i arrived at the POE the officier asked me some questions and stamped my passport and HE GAVE ME BACK THE PACKAGE that he has to keep ,now i cant have my EAD and AOS done because that package has to be kept in the POE,i called the USCIS and they told me to took it back to POE or to the nearest local office i just wanna know if you know somone went through this and what he did,by the way we hired a lawyer but its been 4 months now and still nothing so iam gonna get rid of hin and do everything by myself thanks for your help ,
