I30 completed for getting my husband here from jamaica. Priority date April 22, 2016. Still no updates but called and they said wait time is now 5 months for approval.

Married Jan 2016. I30 received in Nebraska April 22, 2016. What are the next steps? I keep checking the receipt and no updates yet. Can someone explain to me the entire process that's gone through LIN that has applied or got approved for their Jamaican spouse?
