    what reason have you shown to have your case expedited as I have applied for my mother in march 2019 at Nebraska service center and my daughter is staying with my mother in india and both need to come here for her school ( daughter is 4 ). Perhaps not an emergency but is it worth trying to write to them to see if they will expedite the case ?

      I would love to know as well if there’s a way to expedite. This is the fastest processing time I’ve seen so far.

    Same here, I petitioned for my mother too. Waiting since September 21, 2018. 332 days.....

      Have the people tried petitioning through elected representatives? Not talking about individual cases, but the general state of how slow things are in the Nebraska service center?

      Good luck! Looks like they are working through August 2018 filers now. Hopefully, not much longer for you.
