  1. Bit confused what dates are you talking about. Maybe you got only the most recent one I-94 instead of pressing "travel history" button

because there are only two dates at all on i-94

just be sure to make copies of all pages from your passport to show stamps

The dates I'm talking about are the date of entry and date of exit. Yes, I looked up most recent, but I also pressed on travel history, which should show dates from the last five years, but it's not.

  2. Stamps in your passport? Also you don't fill I-94 you can only retrieve online one if you've had it before herehttps://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

Yes, I thought of just making copies of the stamps on the passport, this makes sense to me, but I would like to have a confirmed answer that that is accepted. Also, I did retrieve the I-94, but it is incomplete, it is missing two dates. At this time I haven't been able to reach anyone via phone or email to correct it. Thanks for your comment though, it is appreciated. :-)

  3. Hi, I know this post was from a month ago, but just in case, if you didn't put U.S address you're never going to get anything in Costa Rica or any other country abroad. This happened to me thankfully I was able to catch on time, I was never told that it had to be a U.S address and not my actual address abroad, so if by any chance you put an address abroad, correct it by calling USCIS.

  4. Hello VJ community! First I would like to say that these forums have been very helpful for me along my visa journey. I'm on the last leg of my journey, but I seem to be stuck right now. I can't seem to get a definite answer for my inquiry. I'm hoping someone out there knows the answer. My husband and I have an interview on the 18th at the U.S embassy in Costa Rica, I was sent a list of documents I must bring to our interview. One of the documents listed are the entry and exit dates from the U.S.A, but it doesn't specify from where to obtain such list. I called the embassy in San Jose and the representative I spoke with wasn't very sure himself, but he suggested looking it up at cbp.gov, another answer I got from a different source was that I should just list them on a paper. I did search for cbp.gov and found the electronic form i-94 and filled it out, but it's incomplete, it is missing an entry and exit. I've called, but have had no success getting through, so I wrote an email, but I haven't received a reply. Anyhow the date is getting closer and I haven't had much success finding a list of entry and exits from the U.S. Another source said we could get the document at immigration in La Urca, San Jose, Costa Rica, but that doesn't make sense to me because those would be the exits and entries from Costa Rica not U.S.A. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Does anyone have any experience with this document? Has anyone here had an interview recently at the U.S Embassy in San Jose , in which they had to present this document? I'd greatly appreciate anyone's help. Thank you!
