I called NVC to ask when is the interview date ( CC 9/9/16 ), they have said they will be scheduling for Nov this week so call them again today or any one of day's in this week to find out the date. ( Mumbai embassy ) I will call them tomorrow or maybe next day and see if I get a date..

How are u able to pay for both aos and IV same day? Did u pay with money order?

Since I went through the lawyer the ds-261 step was skipped. So they open both AOS and IV fees at the same time. I paid from my back account.

We have same approval date and nvc received date..let me know when u get your case#

Yes I got my case number and IIN on 4th. paid both AOS and IV fees on the same day. Status changed to PAID on 5th. Sent AOS and IV packets on 6tn and submitted ds-260 on 7th.
