Thanks folks. I think I'll wait for next year's thanksgiving season to apply with my wife and kid. It really makes sense to me that a decade's old application is expired and automatically annulled especially when I'm with a wife and kid. But what if I decide not to state the immigration file case in my new application? After all, I didn't even show up at the embassy for my finger print and image to be taken? I can decide to ignore and not state it in my new application. Right?

Nope that wouldn't be the best option in your case, your case has becoming a complicated one now. My advice from my experience is to get or hire a good immigration attorney and explain everything to him/her. Maybe he/she might first try to apply for a waiver on your behalf, because your first K1 as at now is still in their database until you redraw or file the waiver before applying for any other Visa or benefits. I stand to be corrected if am wrong here. I have a very good attorney who helped me overcome my CR1 NOIR case, you can contact me if you will need help. Thanks

  2. Hello lovely people there's something I wanna know. I wanna detailed my pictures for an interview so you guys think I have to detailed the together with dates or just venue's and people in the picture will be fine a bit confused here its been awhile exact dates and times are off my head. 3. Hey Lutz I appreciate your concern, I might be wrong but I think that's the procedure when you're being denied the case is sent to USCIS through NVC the only thing here is we were not notified as to them receiving the case for review or not. At the USCIS site it says they've sent the case to Department Of State, that means our case went to them and reviewed and the Department Of State site the status says it's under Administration Processes. Thanks to you all for your warm advice much grateful......

  4. I had my IV interview last year Novemberand right here in Ghana and was denied CO told me the case is gone send back to the state and she handed me with 221g denial form. My wife who is a USC obtained an attorney to enquire about our case which he did but we couldn't get no reply from them I went back around March to check the status of our case at the USCIS website on 9th March 2016 and it was stated the case has been sent to the Department Of State but since nothing changed. We never got any E-mail or notification so I tried calling NVC today and was asked to contact USCIS when I contact them they also told me they send the case out for visa processing so I should contact Department Of State back, 'Holala' I contacted them back and this time I was very lucky to speak to one nice lady and told me yes the case has been forwarded to the Embassy here in Ghana that I should contact them for any updates. In my first interview I went with 1,000 copes of whatsapp messages, 150 copies of Viber calls and messages, call logs or records from my two cellphones 162 pictures from our wedding and pictures from few places we went when she was here and other uncountable evidence to mention a few. Can anyone advice me on what to do now as well as the Ghana contact number? Thank you all
