Good afternoon everyone. Im pretty frustrate as how they have handle my petition. Here is my story. My wife and i got married here in the states. She came with a visa and overstayed and had a deportation order. She was never deported but we decided that was best for her to leave voluntarily after we got married so she did. She went back to her country. I got my own business in the states so i started to fly to colombia to see my wife and daughter. We apply for the i 130 a year and 3 months ago. I like colombia sk i bought a house there and im there more than here. Now we have a second daughter. They are both have american passport since i am a United States citizen. But thisnia taking too long. We are waiting and everytime i contact them all they say its processing. They transfer her case three times already. Now the case is in virginia and they say is on que for an interview. I hope this come out soon. Now j have to spend more time here in the states and i miss my family. Dont know why is taking soo long.
