Just a word of caution, I just did a search by your visajourney user name to get your post history to familiarize myself with the background to your case and found your dating site profile. If I found that, assume that USCIS will find it too. Depending on when it was established and when you were active on that site, it could have an impact....

 

 

 

Me and my wife recently separated and we looking to get divorce, a lot of things happen before and worst after I got my 2 years spouse visa, she got arrested for domestic voilense last may but we still try to make things work and I even suspect her of having affair, I main question is can I still apply for removed of condition if we not together or even if when we get divorse.

My case state from august that it is ready to be schedule for a interview I did a follow up in October I got letter stating check still being done and when that competed interview will be scheduled until now nothing. Can someone pls tell me what else I can do cause this being taking way too long to sort out 

Case still waiting for interview since august but me and my wife haven't being getting on for. While now I pack my stuff up this morning ready to leave her mum being staying with us and she told her I was packing up my wife leave from work and came home earlier so to avoid the argument and confrontation I lock myself in main bedroom she got a knife and forcing herself to get in I told her repeatedly to leave me alone I just want to leave and return back to England she refused to respect my wise she continuing trying to get demanding my pay check from taco I not even collect my check yet she keep going I told her I want to leave in peace and if she don't let me leave in peace I will call the police cause I don't want to get myself in trouble she ignore all what I said and carried on in the end I call the police and there came and allow me to leave in peace. I don't know what's going to happen to my case right now but as far as I know I just want to leave and return back to England maybe one day I can visit again as a visitor cause because of her convincing me to stay and do AOS I end up messing up my ETA which is going to be very hard now to get a visa to visit. Any advise guys on this issue am dealing with.

Got card yesterday almost 3 weeks since it approved it takes to come, can you tell me how long it will take to get my SSN

Got my 1-797 notice of action for employment approved would I be able to use this letter to get my SSN or have to wait until card come in the mail.
