We filled for the k1 fiancée visa in November 2015. My fiancé n I had our interview June 2 2016. Everything was going good until the medical. He told them he did marijuana when be was 16 years old so the day of his interview they denied the visa. N banned him for a year. They gave him a letter saying that on May 31 2017 he should return and do another medical exam and he needs to come out clean. What does that mean ? Do we JUST show up and do a medical exam again ? Or do we need to redo the whole case again n start all over ? I'm so confused. Oh n next year he will be 21 years old... I don't know if that would affect anything.
