  1. Hi everyone! Congrats to all the NOA2 recepients! Prayers up for all of us who received RFE or still waiting to get approved.??

So I sent my RFE reponse on July 29th and it was received on August 1st. I wonder how long should we wait? I hope it won't take months ?

By the way, this might be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway.. In the RFE mail, I noticed the Alien # different from my original A# since I was a naturalized citizen. Anyone can tell me what's its significance/meaning? Thank you so much in advance!?

  2. If you know you should mail it to CSC, and want to include an address in the letter then use that address. Personally, we did not put an address on our intent to marry letter. We simply titled the page intent to marry, wrote a short sentence that included all the needed jargon, signed and dated it. We were approved last week.

Just curious coz we also got an RFE for beneficiary's intent to marry, how long did it take for you to receive the approval after sending the RFE reply? I'm still waiting for my fiancé's expedited mail because he couldn't sign it since he is in the Philippines. The longer the wait, the more anxious I get! ?

  3. Lol I've seen people post on here that they sent the application only and sent cash for payment with no pics, no letters, nothing but the application and wondered why they got rejected or an RFE ??? sorry I thought it was funny. You are not the only one who ever left out information. At least 2 weeks from when you send it in you'll have your approval!

It's ok, things happen for a reason haha! The only thing that I'm anxious about is my fiancé's letter. He will mail it today and I just hope it will only take a week for me to receive it from the Philippines.

And yes, I am claiming that after 2 weeks of sending our RFE response, the approval will come!??

  4. Nina, don't let that sh!t bother you, obviously it was an oversight. No use crying over spilt milk. Just reply to the RFE and you'll be on your way to the next step.

Thanks! And don't worry I'm not bothered by it.? My fiancé and I are very thankful because at least we know our case is being processed. 45 days from our notice date (excluding weekends), I got the email notification for RFE, and that was quick in my opinion.

RFE'D or NOA2's both are good news. Because it means your application have been touched. I am sure that once you sent your reply the NOA2 will be on its way in no time. Congratulations btw and Good luck to all of us that's still waiting. God bless us all.

Exactly my thoughts! Thank you and good luck as well! And let's just trust God's perfect timing.?

  5. Congrats to all the NOA2 recipients!

I just received the RFE mail today after 3 days of getting the email notification. My fiancé and I are happy to see that they did not ask for anything out of this world! Lol! Apparently, I was right with my intuition that our lack of his letter of intent to marry is the reason for the RFE. Unfortunately, it's the weekends, but will definitely send the document on Monday, will have it expedited if possible.

  6. Good luck I hope it comes fast and it's an easy response! At least they are working on your case! Sorry trying to be positive! Good luck!

Thanks for the optimism! I'm just so anxious now to see the mail. Didn't receive it today, hopefully tomorrow.

    ooh noo! good luck!

I'm fearing an RFE because I couldn't sign anything and instead wrote "will sign at consulate" :(

at least after you respond it, the approval will come fast!! best of luck!

Thank you! And I wish you the best of luck, too!
