My case was approved on 5/24/21 🎉 I filled on Sept 2019, WAC. Case was transferred to Saint Loius Missiouri on Nov 2020

Finally received email that card is being produced 🎉🎉🎉

The NOA receipt date is not relevant to your conditional resident status, typically the notice will say that your residence status has automatically been extended 18 months (or a different period) which means 18 months from the expiry date of your conditional green card, not the NOA date.

 

The receipt date is only useful if you're going to file an inquiry that your case is outside normal processing times.

Hello, I have a question. My lifting conditions NOA  has a recieved date of 09/30/19. When does it expire? March 30, 2021?

Filed Sept/2019 in California and havent heard anything.

We received a RFE because we forgot to send the birth certificate and the translation.

I used the international birth certificate issued by the one and official birth register in germany. It is not an translation like uscis states. I also used that one for the K1 Visa in Frankfurt and there was no issue. What am I gonna do now. Send the original in german language? What did you guys sent?? I'm lost

We got a RFE for the same reason, my husband submitted a copy of his birth certificate and a copy of the translation.

I will look for some other office, I dont want to wait another month. Im hoping to get our NVC soon, this week hopefully

Hello my fiance should be getting his passport until 7/27/2016. I received the NOA on 6/6/2012 so we are hoping we will get the NVC # by next week, but my question is can he complete the Ds160 without having his passport?
