Let her take the bc from NSO, and make sure that that's what she use since birth.

Good thing for her she got only 2 bc (I got 3 )

The father is not listed on the child's BC? Yet you put your stepdad's surname as your daughter's surname on the BC? You may want to correct that to your actual surname, fairly easy to do, start at the local registry where your daughter's BC was registered. As you know, you as the mother have sole custody of your child.

For official documents always use names as listed on the BC. Your passport is in your name as on your BC, correct?

One more thing; when you get your NBI make sure to get an AKA with you stepdad's name being you used it quite often.

I WASN'T AWARE THAT MY MOTHER PUT ME UNDER THE NAME OF MY REAL FATHER, ALL MY LIFE I'VE BEEN USING MY STEPDAD'S SURNAME, SO WHEN I REGISTER MY DAUGHTER, I PUT HER UNDER THE NAME OF MY STEPDAD, NOT KNOWING THAT MY REAL DAD SURNAME EXIST. You should be able to, assuming you are listed as the mom on the birth cert?

I am listed as the mother on the bc of the daughter i am asking for, hence, in the bc, father is not listed because his out of the picture.

I used my stepdad's surname since childhood, and it is reflected in my academic records, but when I took my bc to work abroad, they gave me my real father's surname, and i wasn't aware of that.

I would like to ask about my daughter's surname, it was registered as my stepdad's surname. Now i am going to file a k1 visa which need to include her, my problem is, i'm using my real dad's surname. Can we still include her in K1 visa even if she's using my stepdad's surname?
