The Bank Draft I had said Chas e Manhattan Bank with the new york address on it, not positive but when drawing a "USD" BANK draft it will be drawn on a US Bank, I used Vietcomm bank here in Vietnam, the bank system here is a closed system even CITIBank here would not allow this....I did provide the copy of my I-129F To show purpose and they provided the draft, perhaps ask your bank for a USD draft drawn on a US bank, you may have to go to a few banks, but it should be easier in Poland than Vietnam, as foreigners are typically not aloud to convert Vietnamese Dong to USD without purpose.

It looked like a buisness check, they printed the Infomation, It needs to be personized to;

"U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

I'm in Vietnam and its practically impossible to do if living here, I had to go to 10 different banks, however I got lucky, found one bank that aloud it and I was able to purchase a Bank Draft/Check Drawn on Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, mailed that in and it was without issue, had interview today and was approved today!

So I would recommend going into a bank or two and asking to purchase a draft....Make sure it is in fact drawn on a US bank, That is the Stipulation.

Oh okay, showed how little I knew, I thought its already being processed at CSC and if something was missing or they needed more CSC would "RFE" me before forwarding the file to NVC, I guess I read somewhere that its not just sitting there on a desk in a pile, they actually are checking background of information provided on me the sponsor, thanks so much for clearing this up.

Just wondering how soon or late did you find out about or not find out about an RFE?

My i-129f got sent to CSC 6 weeks ago and I have not recieved any notification from them requesting further evidence, I am hoping no news is good news,
