I'm asking this because the marriage is fixed, and I don't want to spoil anyone's life if it is not possible going back there. And they know everything about this, nothing is hidden.

Hi , I have been deported and got a 5 year ban. I was on a f1 visa(non-immigrant). Me and my girl are planning to get married in a year or two! Can I marry her in my country and get back to states to live with her. ? She will be filing the petition for me.

The marriage is not now. It is after 2 years. I am eligible for waivers as they have given me some papers and it is written in that. The only thing I want to know is will there be any problem filing the petition after 2 years or so?

One more thing is , my parents have fixed my marriage to a us citizen who will be coming to my place to get the marriage done. Can she apply for me even if I'm in deported case?

I am a student of a university of San Francisco, I'm doing my masters in computer science. I was on a vacation to India this summer i.e. A month back and while going back to United States , on the board of entry of San Francisco my visa was revoked and they gave me ban of 5 years under section 212(a) 7(a)I (i). I have my final semester left and I want to go back to complete my masters. Why do I need to do?
