Once her social security card comes you should be able to use that as proof of address. Save the part that you detach the card from and use it.

Well I called uscis multiple times asking for the letter because the only reason I knew of the appointment was because of the application I have downloaded to my phone. After I received the denial I called and was transferred to a tier 2 agent. She told me to print the phone logs as proof of me calling multiple times. She said the tier 1 should have offered to fax it to me. Anyway I printed the phone logs for evidence. And I also sent the copy of the inquiry I did through their website regarding it. The phone application linked me to a place where to state we hadn't received it. Which I did as well. 

Hello all... we got denied because we missed the i485 interview due to no letter coming by mail from uscis. So we are filing the i290b. We are also filing the i912. If any of you are experienced with the i912 could you please tell me if it's ok if the petitioner is the one who can fill this out? And also under means tested benefits is that there I would put if we were getting SNAP or any form of welfare? TIA!

If they didn't ask for more information or your passport it will most likely for sure be sent back to uscis. There really is no AP for a K1. Get her to you ASAP and get married. All the best.

No need to wait if it's already been 10 days. They gave me our interview 1 week after NVC shipped it. And they are giving the interview about 30-45 days later.

Email them first and give your case # asking for an interview date and you should get a reply within a week or 2. Here is the email address... IVCasablanca@state.gov

Ours was issued 7 calendar days after the interview.

Use the aramex application but even there it will only show you when it's ready. And they hadn't updated our case and he just called everyday after 3 days of it saying issued. To find out it was ready.

The senators will tell you to contact them after 60 days of being in AP. They won't do anything before that.

how did you provide the AOS the I 864 and the 2 criminal invesigations from morocco that fast?

NVC takes at least 60 days to review all documents after they receive them so it is doubtful your packet got to embassy in Julyou

if you have provided all documents needed and paid the AOS and visa application fee, it is more likely you are looking at case going to embassy in either last 2 months of this year or beginning of 2017

InshaAllah they will and that email is the robotic email we all get right after we email them. If your case has been sitting at the embassy for 4 months I wouldn't be surprised if the interview date already passed.

I know someone who just got k1 approved and he's Moroccan and his fiancé is African American. Don't worry about that! How many times have you been to see him and did you have an engagement celebration with pictures?

I would do the cr1 to be sure because that is quite a gap and if you don't want to stress about it go with the cr1

If it's in the same building they will get it there most likely. People make mistakes like this all the time. Who did you mail it through? And was it addressed to USCIS or NVC?
