My package arrived on the 13th and my check was cashed on Monday, and according to USPS Informed Delivery, the NOA comes today. If you’re unfamiliar with informed delivery, it’s a free servixe from the USPS where they email you a photo of every piece of mail you are receiving each day. Just go to the USPS website and sign up. Could be handy if you’re out of town, the country, etc and want peace of mind.

mine is cashed, it shows that (CSC field office cashed it).

hi guys,
I am still working on getting all the documents together. I called Office Max, Fedex, they all seem not familiar with the ACCO fastners.
where did you guys go to get the documents punched with 2 holes?

It looks like you should put "N/A" in the box after all, though if you are using a PDF reader to input the information you may have an issue typing "/" depending on what PDF reader you are using. I found a way round this by using Foxit Reader for inputting "N/A". See thread for details.

Hi guys! I will be filing in a week as well.
I am struggling with the Middle name part. I do not have a middle name, so should I leave that blank or put in NA. I did read that there were fillers put in NA and it appeared on their GC later as their middle name..........

Congratulations.
My brother received his card seven days after it was approved. He got approval on 9/28, Card was mailed on 10/03, received his GC on 10/05/2016
