My parent are here in US with a b1/b2 visa and i am a US citizen and i would like to apply the i-130 for them while in US along with the i-485
any information on what documents needed for the i-130 and i-485
My situatuon is the same. I am trying to prepare the case my self. As far I know you need to file i 130 , i485, i 765, 864 (maybe also i864a), I693 and police report.
