    Hi everyone, Plse my husband IR1 visa was approved on april 12th in Algiers. The ceac status went from ap to ready, then to ap again for 4 business days. A lady called him on April 20th from the consular section and told him that the VISA was issued for our two kids (IR2 visa) but his case is still undergoing AP in the USA.  What does it mean is it the long AP and how could we know that ?
