  1. they said i need to ask my employer for a new job offer and once it is received in my end. i just need to to go any 2go and 2go already knows what to do when you say to them that you were placed under 221g by usem.

    when is your interview date?

  2. by the way. before saying that sagot has been here longer than me is also baseless.

    sagot joined sep 2016

    lucid joined jun 2016.

i hope we have the same calendar. because as far as i know. june come first before september ;)

even as thousand he helped is base on exaggeration. any proofs?

  3. I'm sorry but I now have a dog in this fight.

Sagot was only trying to help. Guess what you found out - HE's HUMAN. Stop kicking him around. He made a mistake. Let it rest. This man has helped thousands before you and he will help thousands after you. For you, your just here to get your questions ask and after being answered you'll move on but Sagot will still be here giving back to the VJ community while you are doing your thing somewhere else in the world.

so this is superiority?just because he's been here longer, he can just reply to any thread he wants even if his reply is pointless?

i asked a question about embassy asking me to produce a new job offer eith higher salary. sagot answered me with another question like questioning the relevance of my question.

so I pointed it out that if he just knew about the prevailing wage then he won't question my inquiry. actually it is something questioning the credibility of my question.

what i was trying to say is that, if you dont have any background on the question asked then please just keep your finger out from the keyboard. telling me that embassy is just for interview and cant dictate a salary to a private entity is baseless. for him if it is embassy = interview. judging the credibility of my question base on nothing?come on

PS to both of you: EMBASSY CAN DICTATE TO PRIVATE ENTITY UNDER EB CATEGORY. that's the reason why we have what we call 221G. gets? i hope so ;)

  4. $96500 is almost a hundred. ;) New on the job a little lower pay maybe? May have a pay raise in the near future... :)

this one. i know it is almost a hundred but THERE is 98k and 99k. i will not mention almost if 96500 is enough for the consul.

Don't see how it is the embassy responsibility to dictate salary from a private company. This is a visa interview

another one... if you just know about the prevailing wage you won't answer like this. "don't see ho embassy can dictate salary to private company" rofl.

    first - learn math

second - research before answering. there is no harm in asking a question first ;)

  5. i understand and i appreciate the help you did before. but please if you have little to nil knowledge about certain question. simply answer neutrally and not by answering it as if you are an expert in this kind of visa.

  6. Yes, that is one of the major requirements, however many companies in the USA tend to pay them on the low side in the IT field, but in the medical field it tends to be on par with others in the industry.

exactly. it is a biggy if the annual is not on par with the prevailing wage. so the embassy is not just about interview in EB visa but also they can dictate if the offer is below the prevailing wage. Thanks Mark, at least you know what you post unlike the other guy who keeps on replying with thinking or researching. lol

  7. i think you should be familiar or at least do some research about EB category and about the what they call PREVAILING WAGE. hahaha. if you don't have any idea on any of those. better do some research first. google is just one tab away. ignorance excuses no one ;)

  8. Yes my partner did his CFO day before his interview.

He just received visa in hand this morning and is going back to CFO now to get the stamp/certificate to show he did complete it.

So for us, just in reference for you, approved on the 8th, visa in hand on the 18th. So 10-11 days for visa in hand. Hope the best for you as well.

  10. Hello everyone,

just had my interview at USEM last nov 16 and was approved. nov 16 at 7pm the status changed from ready to issued but now is nov18 but still no updates or tracking number, i would like to know if how long will it take to have an update or tracking number about my visa?

  11. I have been in the USA far longer than a decade. I have multi vehicles and paid cash for them all, I have 5 sitting at my home and 3 more at my shop. I used to buy/sell real estate used a Hard Money loan to buy my first couple of houses, they use house value and rehab cost based to loan you money credit score does not matter. After a few houses I was able to pay cash and bought many. As I said credit score is over rated here in the USA

maybe for you but for most us citizens credit score is a biggy.

If your referring to CapOne then no I doubt they will.

ok. thank you for the kind answer. as always :)
  12. It depends on the institution you apply to. Some are easier to get credit others not. Capital One will usually give you a credit card with a 500 spending limit and if you pay on time and not go over the limit during your first six months they will increase your credit line to $750 and a few months to $1000 and so on and so forth as longer if you pay on time.

do you think they will give me a higher credit limit if i provide them my job offer?
