We submitted a letter from her job,she makes 45,000k a year,although she didnt make up to that amount last year.We sent her taxes returns for the past years as well..we sent her check stubs for past 6 months...

I got a mail from USCIS requesting initial evidence for adjustment of status and we were to include an evidence of asset.The option given below is this

Such evidence of assets includes:

*Bank statements covering the last 12 months, or a statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institution in which the sponsor has deposits, including deposit/withdrawal history for the last 12 months, and current balance;
*Evidence of ownership and value of stocks, bonds, and certificates of deposit;
*Evidence of ownership and value/equity of other personal property and dates acquired;
*Evidence of ownership, a recent licensed appraisal or country tax assessment and any mortgage/lien or lien release of any real estate.

Now my question is this... Should i provide one of the following or all of the following? This has got me confused... Your response is highly appreciated.

I sent my package and it was delivered on Tuesday 23rd OF August and was signed for.

I just want to know so my mind will be at rest.

I am a Nigerian by nationality. I came into the US with a B1/B2 Visa and i met a girl(American Citizen),in 2015 and we got married in 2016 but before we got married,she was in between job and the highest pay she made last year(2015) was 11,000$/Year and she filed it but now she makes 45000$/Year but she has only been on the job for about 6 months now.

At this moment,we are ready to file for a change of status and work authorization,so i need to know if we need a sponsor or if we should go ahead and file it without a sponsor.

I live in Houston and i am about to file for my change of status and work authorization but i have heard people complain about the process being slow in Houston so i am asking if i can file it to another city.

I cam into the US with the H1/B1 VISA and i am married to a US citizen, We are about to file for a change of status/green card but we are having some challenges.

Here are the challenges.

1. Her income in 2015 was low($11,000) because she was in between jobs and she filed her taxes for that amount but this year she makes way more than that.She makes $45,000 a year. Do we need a co sponsor when filling for the green card ?Or do we just get a job letter and check stubs to show she is earning more than that...Please i need urgent answers.Thank you very much.
