OMGGGG I just saw my 3rd N/A!!!!!

Getting close to the 4th week mark... We shall see if I hear anything (hoping for a CC) within the next week or week & a half!

Called NVC, Case complete as of 2nd september. They will send an email regarding it and then an email after that for an interview. The interview date will be set in 60 days or more.

You are really just the best on giving information to most of us here. Our daughter's case looks exactly like this, mine shows AOS "PAID" but at the end ASD&FE is N/A. I got a feeling our cases are complete here. Our Scan Date is August 5th but my hubby will be calling them tomorrow.

Hopefully we might will be done soon.

Can you ask to speak to a supervisor?..someone on a higher level because u have passed the waiting mark. Hope you get a good answer at least so u know what is going on with your case

Nvc case complete on August 26! Waiting on interview date in CD Juarez!

its been over a week since i sent my documents to the NVC is normal that i haven't received a scan date email yet ?

I'm still waiting. Scan date July 18th. The guy on the phone told me it's taking 6 weeks. I think they just say whatever to make them sound like they are on schedule.

Couple CCs withing 3weeks of scan date. Hopefully rest of who are waiting dont have to wait 4-5weeks.hopefulle we get ours CC soon

Yea u have to send marriage certificate to prove your marriage. Call to make sure just in case.ask them if this is all they are looking for

Hey. I did not get a rfe for this. Everyone has different reasons for an rfe. What i dont know is what third party affidavits are? Sorry i dont know much on this i dont want to confuse you more

Hi again Atiya1234 do you include letter from any of your marriage withness when you sent in your I-130 or RFE?

Scan august 9..called nvc and they said they recieved my mail on august 9.. Hope to hear soon ??

It took five days for mail to get to me. Yes it was sent to the usa address. I already new what i was missing because i realized i forgot to fill the biographical form so i had the form ready. I had to wait for the mail to come beacuase i had to add the rfe letter with the form as soon as i recieved the mail i sent it back the next day

I had to send the biographical form of my husband and one passport size picture of my self. They sent the mail on june 2nd and i recieved it on june 7 i think and then the next day i sent everything back . So on june8th i sent the form and the on june 24 they approved my case

What exactly did they request from you? I'm just wondering if I should anticipate a similar request.

We can call NVC and confirm it, but for India I believe you are required to get PCC.

Ok ill call then , its only because previously i had other relatives who only took the pcc to the interview , they never had to send it to nvc

Those of who did not had to send the PCC to nvc how did u find out that you were not required to send it to the nvc?
