I am confused about the best way to go in order to bring my fiancee to the usa. If i file a K1 fiancee visa, I am subject to seeking a waiver of restrictions of IMBRA. I have previously file 4 K1 petitions, and married 2 of them. 2 i cancelled because i found out the ladies were not being truthful. I am thinking that the preferable way to go is to marry in the Philippines and file a spousal visa. Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
