Got the interview date: August 31st! Yaaaaay!
I wanted to thank everybody for support and advise, great forum!!!!
Scan date: June3rd,
Third NA: July 6th.
Interview is in Jakarta.
Yesterday we went for medical exam - called for appointment few days before. They asked for 6 pics 2/2"
CXR, blood test for RPR,
Hubby already had the vaccinations: Hepatitis A, DTP, Varicella, Flu, Typhos, and blood test for Hepatitis B.
MMR is also required, but there is a national shortage of MMR in Indonesia, so they just recommended to get it in USA later.
Very thorough medical exam and past medical history.
Cost: 1,050,000 IDR. (80 USD).
Took ~4 hours (with no shots required).
The whole place is very cold, I wish we brought a sweater.
