My Fiance's Visa was delivered to Friends House in Manila where She will pick it up. Thats why it was so fast...Otherwise we would still be waiting to ship to Bayawan City in Oriental Negros

I think there are others here who can answer that more completely than I can. We were Lucky because the Embassy shipped our letter with The medical dates & the Interview dates already set one week apart from each other. So we just followed there dates.

Anyway I have a question, I am planning on attending the CFO guidance and counseling as soon as I can. Do you think this is possible? What can I do? GEEZZ Im so lost! Shaking! and uuhhhh....
My fiance was told that the packet has been sent out last friday but until now I don't have it yet. I am kind of worried because I am only here in manila and uuugggghhhh what's taking so long?

1st I think you need to get through the interview. The reason is you need to have the Office at the CFO see all of the Documents. I do know your not to open up the Brown Envelope until you reach the Port Of Entry. Do you have an Interview date yet?

I really wish it was easier to get information....The way all of this goes down is inexusable. The Gov. should make all things more clear. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with a POE Question that no one could answer.....
You don't need the VISA to go to the CFO. Please don't post misleading information.
Yes we do have an interview date already and medical appointment on 12th of january but I am planning to get the CFO done the day before my medical which I am planning on going by 20th this month. It's going to be a little bit tough because I have a four year old son and the wait in line can be frustrating for a hyper kid like him.

I Have a question for anyone here.
I cant get an answer & been on the phone all day now!
Does it matter on the Port Of Entry for my Fiance enters the USA?
She will be flying to San Fran to transfer & She will have to go through Immigration there, then take a domestic flight to JFK. My Fiance put JFK down as the Port Of Entry not knowing that She 1st will be transfering from San Franisco. Does this matter? I plan to pick her up in New York later the same day.... But I wont be in San Fran. This is a simple question & cant get an answer on!

Can anybody tell me what my Fiance should be ready for at the POE. She will be arriving in San Fran, & I wont be there. I will pick her up in JFK. What kind of questions should she expect? I wish I could be there.

I still cant believe it! The Guy from Delbros told my Fiance's Cousin not to open the Brown Package the Visa came in until the CFO Seminar. She will be here on Thursday Morning!
Any Advice on the JFK Port of Entry?

Just really Bummed out. The Embassy confirmed it for me.
I think its her birth certificate is not perfectly clear along with the fact She is 28 years old. She did have the CENOMAR done.... If I ever meet someone who has committed Fraud in obtaining a Visa... Im Gonna thank them for screwing up everyones lives...

I am going to have a stroke! I can't believe it. It will be done this year. I counted on February and now I have three weeks. No packet 4, no letter and no email. If I had not checked the Embassy Appointment website, I wouldn't have known it. If Ronmay hadn't checked, I wouldn't have checked. AMAZING!

Im going to be Calling them every day until they are so sick of me they will approve the Visa!
I will be very Calm but Very Persistant.
I gave them Originals for every Document that was listed!
Even original Divorce Papers!
Whats worse is......My Fiance does not think there is any problem!.... I don't know how im gonna tell her. She did ask an officer there if we now are on AR. The officer said everything is in order. She then asked why is nothing checked off for a reason to not approve on the 221G? He would not aswer but reassured Her. So She thinks all is well....
Sounds to me like they just wanted to not have another upset person crying there & just wanted to move on to the next person huh? They just kept telling Her there was "No Problem"!
She Quit Her Job before the interview. Her last day is Dec. 10th. Hello Western Union from here till whenever to pay Her bills.
Did they let her pay the Delbros fee? Maybe it is a name check?

Who Knows what is going on. Im Praying your right on the name check.

I just got off the phone with ext # 5184. She said it's a preliminary backround check on the Documents my Fiance submitted. I mentioned to her about how the Birth Certificate Original was not completely clear & She said that most likely is the Problem. My Problem is that She said we now must wait 4 to 6 weeks for the review.
Oh well...It is what it is....

Lately everything has been going wrong with My Fiances Pneumonia, the Typhoon, Threw my Back out while I was there, Had food poisening there for 2 days also
I feel like Shleprock from the Flintstones.... What ever I'm close to goes wrong!

They Gave my Fiance a 221 form that was left blank except for "wait until you hear from us!"
#######!!!!!!
We have all Orginal Documents.... Everything Notorized..... Many Pictures.....My Fiance answered all questions correctly.....!
My Fiance said the Woman who did the Interview was Extremely Rude to Her. My Fiance saidthat SHe was nice to the Woman even though She was Rude to Her. She Did not accept all the countless examples of Evidence we have to present to them. My Fiance said She was a Filipino Worker there who did the Interview.
2 friends my Fiance made while at the Interview got there K1's WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPHS!
I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!
My Congessman got Voted Out & will no longer help me too!
Was your fiancee's birth certificate "late registered" or was it "corrected"? Was your fiancee requested to get any documents?

The 221G form was Blank...... Nothing checked off...No request for anything at all.

At the interview my Fiance recieved a blank 221 form with nothing checked on top and written "wait until you hear from us" on the bottom! What does this mean? They told Her that we were not placed on AR. So what gives? They did take her money at Delbros. We have more evidence than most others provided that were approved on the spot. Some got there K1's there without Photos too!
I can't take the incompetence any more...
Are we on AR or Not?

I just arrived back from Philsn last night! Oh my God how lucky we are who have appointments today for an interview that the Typhoon went south. God, I hate to say it.... But I think everything is gonna be ok!. Im still waiting to hear from my Fiance if all went well w/ Her Interview. My Heart goes out to all who lost someone the know from this awful storm. Good luck to all with Interviews today!

Does anybody have any experience with Pneumonia?
My fiance just took her medical at st lukes & thats what they found!!!!!!!
Will the embassy grant a Visa with this condition. It cant be too bad cause she does not have a fever....
But it will show up on an Xray.... & That may not Fly with the Embassy
I can't imagine peumonia being grounds for exclusion, at least I don't think its a "public health risk". If they let her complete the physical that is a good thing. Often when the girl is sick, they recommend getting some medicine and treating the condition before they will complete the physical and send the results to the embassy. I'm surprised they told your girl any results at St. Lukes. They just mumbled and wrote stuff down when my girl went.
She said that She could use some Antibiotics & said that She could Get treatment there or She needs to get to a clinic. They did ask her to return tom for her Vaccinations & results....so maybe it's a good thing...
She did say that the Doctor said its minor.... But who knows?
I did not expect this lol.

I don't want to Highjack this thread....
My Question is.....
Im self employed and do a Schedule C every year. Do they go by "taxible Income or Adjusted Gross Income" for deducing whether you pass the Poverty Line or not?
The USCIS Kicked back our AOS and asked for more information on my Business & Income.
My Gross Taxible Income is $40,000 but by the time im done with expense & write offs for my Business, my Adjusted Gross Income is a Paltry $16,000.
Maybe I should get a Co Sponsor just in case?
