I had received RFE on October 3rd; RFE Response was received on October 11th; still waiting for approval. It on average takes 14-20 days according to visa journey statistics.

I hope it's 14-20 days that would be good news but I've heard of others waiting for much longer months.

They got my response to my rfe back in july and until now i have not heard anything from them and my PD IS MAY 26

Hi I received a Rfe on October 8 and sent response to USCIS on the October 15 and they received my response on October 17 does any know how long it might take for me to get on approval or some kind of action on my case.

I got a "Request for Additional Evidence" on October 3rd; my PD is May 12th. I was wondering how long it takes to get the actual letter in mail.

My mother-in-law case was just approved priority date was May 12 both cases were sent in at the same time so I am hoping to hear some good news about mine too by the end of the day?

I have confirmed both my app and USCIS website many times

Just got a text message that my case was updated. Check online, and our case was approved as of today, August 31!! Took almost four months exactly, from May 2nd!! YAY!!!!

Hi everyone? on the USCIS app I have been seeing a lot of March cases being approved from Nebraska so hopefully ???they will be getting to us May filers soon it's really hard seeing all these cases being approved am here like when will be my turn already?

For those of you that filed earlier in May and have already received the hard copy of the NOA1... how long did it take for them to cash your check? I know this question gets asked constantly on these forums, but I'm wondering how things are going with how quickly the immigration processing times are right now.

They received our petition on the May 12 and the check was cashed on May 16

Was your name spelled correctly on your petition forms? Could it have been a typo or mistake on the notice? Either way, I was looking at the USCIS processing times chart and noticed they have an e-request section where you can submit a request for typographic errors. Hopefully someone else has experienced this before and can chime in!

Hi Mrs. Wilds thanks for the reply yes my name is spelt correctly on the petition as soon ma husband saw the error he called and they said they would correct it. However later we got a email saying only the officer reviewing your case can make the corrections that you have requested. We have forwarded your concerns to your file and they will be reviewed by the officer at the time of adjudication. No corrections have been made at this time. We regret the inconvenience.

Hi Everyone my husband sent off petition on the April 25 it was received on May 12 and he recieved the i-797c in the mail on May 24. However my name is spelt wrong on i-797c will there be a delay because of this.
