I dont want to sound like some smart ### but when i spoke with Tier2 last time if i understood him good when case is pending for a long time most likely they will schedule interview, or something need to be double checked (but it doesn't to be like that 100%) and then they transfer to local office.

I hope that i will hear anything-something from VT center so at least I (and rest of us pending) can know what steps to make regard pending case

I am still waiting also, got respond from service request " Our records show that your I751 is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay."
And thats is 2nd or 3rd request that i was made, every time respond is same.

Did Tier2 officer gave you information about transferred case when you called them or no? Asking because i dont know location of my case, and even lawyer didn't know to provide me that info.

I received a service request response just like yours a month ago, and then my approval letter yesterday. That should give you an approximate idea of when to expect the approval letter!

My local office is NYC. My online status changed to card production.

I got my passport stamped a week before my extension was due to expire at the end of July. The officer was nice and stamped me a 1 year extension, which was a relief.

Lets hope that it will be a like that, anyway i will visit them for stamp in couple weeks bc my license is expiring by end of this month

My case last update was mail from USCSI after service request that my case is curently pending adjudictation and they are regreting that they are unable to provide competition date ???

I just called uscis now they said my case is still pending,it's a year already,pls is anyone experiencing the same thing?is it a good idea to go hire an attorney?

The letter of extension does NOT expire. The letter of extension extended your green card for an additional 1 year.

Yea, if you think that it does not have expiration date tell us what is your status if you dont get any respond after one year from date on your GC that is already expired?

Btw for my case its been a year since NOA and still dont have anything, i called couple of times and its same story evert time (we are busy please have patience) .. I hope to hear from them soon, i still thinking to file for N400 while still waiting.. Any advice on that

Same here, its gona be a year since i send paperwork for ROC. NOA letter is dated on July 7, i tried to call them and every time answer is same ( "if there is any problem we would call you right away, everything is OK sit tight" )..

Anyway N400 time frame is approaching...
