  1. Dear all,

I have a friend that she want to apply for fiance visa. I know the step for this so I can explain to her. But she has special case, she has a daughter that this little girl doesn't have legal father. I mean she is single mother, and never been married. For one reason this mother and her ex boyfriend not married. And she met an American guy now. And this couple want to apply fiance visa. But they still don't have any clue about visa for this little girl.

My question is what kind of visa for bringing a child who have not legal birth certificate? Or do you think this mother should make a birth ceritificate? How? Or her future fiance can adopt this girl?

    Thank you for answers.

  3. Hi all,

As a new immigrant in U.S. I'm getting confused for my next career here in U.S. I have an education degree, but it seem some people really need an experience for becoming a teacher in U.S. I can talk most words in English but still take time to understand in American local accent especially here in Texas. But I do understand the news from the TV. Now I just work part time as a Child care. So being a teacher should very good in a communication.

I do love to create something, so my next plan might be becoming a chef or a fashion designer. So guys, especially you already in U.S. for several years or the Americans. Which one better for me between a chef or fashion designer according to paycheck and the opportunity in the future. One thing being a chef, especially for my local area. There are so many restaurants but some just being closed easily because not too many customer like those restaurants or the food not really good. I like cooking since I was 10 years old. For fashion, I have created the design, but my mom who sewed that for me.

My plan I will take some course or college for these. I would really appreciate your replies. :)

  4. Most airlines are happy to carry pregnant women up to 27 or 28 weeks. After that, when the risk of going into labour increases, they may require a letter from your doctor stating you are fit to travel and confirming your estimated due date. Each airline has its own set of rules, so it's important you tell the booking agent when you call that you are pregnant and check that you may still fly. If you are booking online, check the airline's website. Most mention pregnancy. Try looking in the FAQs or planning your trip sections, carrier's regulations, or customer support.

Scheduled airlines tend to let women fly to around 34 weeks. British Airways is particularly generous. It allows anyone with an uncomplicated single pregnancy to travel up to 36 weeks, and anyone carrying twins (or more) up to 32 weeks. After 28 weeks all pregnant women need a doctor's letter. Virgin Atlantic allows pregnant women to travel up to 34 weeks, although they must have a doctor's letter from 28 weeks. Women with multiple pregnancies need to call special assistance well in advance of travel.

When you go on a package holiday, a charter flight is usually included in the price. It's not always obvious which airline is being used so you need to discuss your pregnancy with the holiday company so it can advise you about the airline and its regulations. Monarch, which supplies charter flights for many tour operators in the UK, allows women to travel up to 34 weeks, although they must have a doctor's letter from 28 weeks.

Ryanair and easyJet both allow expectant mothers to travel up to 36 weeks with a doctor's letter from 28 weeks.

Ferry operators have similar rules to airlines (always check before you travel). Neither Eurostar nor Eurotunnel have any restrictions.
