    Good morning peeps!!

    Congrats to all the approvals!! Those still waiting hang in there!!! :)

    What Hell is AP??? Like someone said sometimes I just want to quit!!

    We delivered all the documents they asked for in 221(g) (new originally signed I-864as) but the general feeling I got from the Embassy is they do not want to issue the Visas. I've had this feeling from the very beginning.

    Unfortunately they can keep you in AP forever and a day if they want which is SO unfair when you have met all their criteria and there are no red flags etc.

    We have vested so much (both us and my in laws) into this, that if it doesn't come through, I will lose my family. My husband cannot stay here, he needs urgent medical care in the US and I cannot cope alone with 3 small children. He will probably (for her own good) take our baby daughter with him...and I will be left with our two boys here, alone, broke and broken. I can't stand the thought of living without him. He is my one and it has been the greatest joy to have found him and known him and waking up next to him.

    I am just SO low right now. I kept wanting to write here for the last few days but I didn't want to whine. However I do need a little pat on the back I think.

    *sigh*

    My heart goes out to the couples who are not together, through this hell called immigration. It needs nerves of steels and deep pockets!! (we have spent more than $6000 for 3 people doing this!!!)

    I am trying to cling to a story, a word of encouragement, ANYTHING at this point. I am usually a very upbeat person but I also worry because my husband is the opposite of me.. he is like "all will be well" but you know what? If the visa is not granted all will NOT be well. Not in this country. Maybe if he had a job and insurance, yes, but is special needs. He has no job and no insurance :(

    I do not want to loose my family but for their own better future I feel like I will or I should.

    Sorry to vent, but you are the ONLY ones who can understand this. Again, THANK You for listening (or reading!!) to me.

    Crossing fingers and toes this is all over soon with a positive result!!!

    Marrienne, you are SO SO close to the end of all these!! Hang in there, you WILL get your approval! Once that happen, you will be able to look back at this entire process and be glad you survived!! Chin up and keep fighting! :dance:

    Ahhhhh my interview is the day after tomorrow, I'm about to lose my mind sitting here trying to resist the urge to go through our paperwork for the millionth time. The medical results are ready to be picked up tomorrow and that should be the last of the papers required but I'm still super paranoid about something going wrong and adding a ton more wait time after the interview!

    They did not ask to see the transcript or any other documents except for the originals of my birth certificate, our marriage certificate and my police record.

    Every case is different though so I strongly suggest that you'll find a way to get that IRS transcript.

    Got exactly the same email asking to bring the IRS transcript for 2015 to the interview.

    The date in the subject line is your priority date I think. At least it is in our case ☺

    Hi RoseGrove, congrats on your approval again!!! I was wondering if they actually asked to see the IRS transcript during the interview? We are asked to provide the same but there might be a chance it wouldn't arrive before our interview date. Please share... thanks!!!! :)

    When you go to the IRS website and request a mailed copy it should've asked you for your street address. If you click on the little question mark next to the street address part, this is what it says:

    Street Address Help

    Use the address currently on file with the IRS. Generally this will be that address you listed on the latest tax return you filed. However, we also get updates from the US Postal Service if you've updated your address with them.

    You should get it in the mail a week later.

    Has anybody encountered the same before?

    We received CC on 26 May but at the same time was also asked to bring along 2015 IRS transcript for the interview . My husband tried to get the transcript online but could not login even when he keyed in the correct details, now he is completely logged out of IRS web. We also requested for hard copy but because we have no idea which address they will send to, there is a chance that we might not be able to get our hands on the transcript before our interview on July 11. We requested a change of address but it states it will take 4-6 weeks for the change to get through.. Panicking now and not really sure what else we can do..... Really don't wish for embassy to deny or delay us because of this........ :(

    When I called a few days back, I was advised that scheduling will continue until middle of month and that its still a possibility of me obtaining a interview date for July, however, I don't have think I will receive a July date anymore.

    Omg this gives me a glimpse of hope! I pray and hope it is like what they say! I hope the other lady was just trying to give me a very safe answer 'next scheduling only happening end of june'. I hope all of us are still in line for a July interview! (L)

    Has anyone who got a CC in late May, 2016, received an interview dat as yet? I'm going bananas!!! It's been 2 weeks since my CC!!

    CC 26 May, nothing yet from them too!! Getting really anxious seeing that they didn't even complete the scheduling towards end of May.. seems like they stopped scheduling after 26 May.... 3 days ago I called and they told me the next scheduling will only happen end of june :(

    My CC date : May 26, 2016...I have called NVC everyday since the 26th hoping to hear interview scheduled. Unfortunately not many cases from The Bahamas,Mao unable to determine a date for interview email. I have decided to patiently wait for the email, tired of calling. Can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. Was hoping for a July interview, but now I'm thinking August.

    Was hoping to start the community college in September, might have to put off until January.?

    There are a few of us with the same CC date still waiting to hear back...... hopefully we don't have to wait until the month end. Hang in there!!

    I have same cc as you and am fearing the same.... :(

    I hope the lady was just giving me a very safe answer and that they will still slots for July interviews as we are the May batch!

    Sorry but they are right. If they are done scheduling for now then yes, the next round of scheduling will happen in a few weeks (end of June) and it will be for the month of August. Only way you would get a July interview is if someone cancels and a July spot opens up. I wouldn't hold my breath too much for that though.

    :cry: hoping its a country by country case basis.. also I noticed there were lots of interview scheduled on May 10 (2nd week of the month) in the spreadsheet........ hoping for the same :mellow:

    Yep that sounds about right, my cc was May 9 & and I didn't get interview date until end of May for July, as they had finished scheduling by then....I was hoping for a June interview but it didn't happen.

    so sad.... I was also in the May batch, if I have to wait until end of june that's a very long wait :(
