Yes, you were granted LPR© status. GC should arrive shortly.
-
You are required to file AR-11 when you move - even links to the law are provided above. Also note I-865 - your sponsor needs to file it.
However, since you do not have a pending case with USCIS, calling "help line" is wasting your time. You will provide the latest address when filing for removal of conditions.
-
K3 may engage in part-time or full-time study.
You can also apply for EAD ( I-765), but that is not directly involved in studying.
-
From a cursory look at Miami timelines - there seams to be ~4 month wait between NOA and interview.
-
Quite.
Go to "Immigration Timelines" to get a rough idea how long it takes between different steps.
-
H1b is one of "dual intent" visas, the visa not prohibiting immigrational intent. Even with visas specifically prohibiting dual intent, things seam to work out at the end.
Anyways, to answer your question, if you got married you could apply for adjustment of status, work authorization, etc. Forms for that would I485 with concurrent I130, I765 ( Employment Authorization Document) and I-131 ( Advance Parole /Travel Document).
Go to "immigration timelines" to find out how long the processing would tak.

I-693 FAQs:
The required vaccination are: mumps, measles, rubella, polio, tetanus, diphtheria toxoids, pertussis, influenza type B, hepatitis B, and any other vaccinations recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP). Current ACIP recommendations also include the varicella, haemophilius inlfuenzae type B, and pneumococcal vaccines. The civil surgeon will review your vaccination history with you to determine whether you have all the required vaccinations. Make sure you take your vaccination records with you to your appointment with the civil surgeon. Do not try to comply with these requirements before you meet with the civil surgeon, in case it is not medically appropriate for you to have one or more of the required vaccines. For more information about the vaccination requirements, including information about waivers and exceptions for orphans, see "Vaccination Requirements for Immigrant Visa Applicants and Adjustment of Status Applicants".

Chicago lockbox.
Technically, you are filing I-485 with concurrent I-130 ( you can also file I-765, EAD, and I-131 , AP, at this time ). All go to the mailbox.
Family-Based ApplicationsIf you are filing for lawful permanent resident status based on a family relationship with a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent
resident, file your I-485 at:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

The guide most appropriate for you is "Step-by-Step Guide on How to File an I-130 for a Spouse Inside the US" has Where to File Everything section.
It says,
...Applicants are required to mail applications to a national mailbox as stated on the forms (not your local USCIS office)... -
Oh - good and clean life
Travel on AP is not advised for anyone who might have any spots on their immigration history - visa overstays, unauthorized employment, etc. Once AOS is complete, travel is OK.
-
Yes he can travel now ( with some disclaimers)
If he needs a visa, a Canadian consulate would be able to provide you with that information.
-
Status - "Adjustment pending"
Biometrics - are you absolutely sure that there was no paragraph stating something along these lines " ... or show up any following wednesday within 1 month" ?
-
Go to ssa.gov, download the form, fill it out, take it to your local SSA office, voila!
-
I-765, EAD, - National Benefits Center
I-485 - Local Office.
You are better off sitcking to VJ timelines
-
She can to the office and obtain SSN. The card will arrive within 2 weeks.
-
Wrong form again, you need I-864
-
-
Were you granted Legal Permanent Resident ( or conditional) status?
-
Sorry, my mistake.
OK then, no transfer, EAD is valid.
-
I am not sure about your first question -Where did you see this info?
Ardilla has a timeline filled out for K1. She mentions I-129F and marriage on 8/26. She also thinks he is in F1 status.
-
Part 2 - (a) ... attach a copy of approval notice, or a relative, ....visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved
You were charged and arrested, hence you have to disclose it. I would try to get consultation with a good immigration attorney. USCIS cares about minimum possible sentences for violations , you can look it up yourself in the INA.
Whatever you do, do not leave US while your AOS is pending.
-
National Benefits Center, aka Missouri Service Center at Lees Summit.
Yes, there were a lot of K1 transfers.
As to your husband - I am afraid he is not in F1 status, since he used K1 visa to enter. His EAD was issued for OPT. I am not quite sure if he can use the EAD related to F1. I would suggest online consultation with a competent immigration attorney. Maybe other vj-ers will chime in.

Person with GC uses AR-11, sponsor(s) use I865.
-
OP's post says "I got green card". It is rather silly of me to assume OP was granted LPR status, but, why not. That leaves with another assumption - OP is waiting for the actual green card to arrive.
It would all be simplier if OP had timeline filled out
can`t find a joint-sponsor
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

No need to be snippity about income - he could be studying.
If you are employed and making 125%, sponsor yourself.
