Hello, we have applied for a k-1 visa and has been Approved. They sent everything to the US embassy in Tunisia for interview/approval. But it has been almost a year and no appt. I have emailed serverL times and they state still processing paperwork. I have since married in Tunisia to my Tunisian husband. Can I change from a k1 fiancé to k1 husband visa? Please help
