hi is any one have answer for me im from jordan and my k3 approved so what next step now and how i can check where my petiton now

im from jordan and my wife from usa we get aproved for i129 k3 and we have i130 still not approved we apply for i130 before 1 year and 1 month so want know what after approved k3 will happen its approved in 3 oct so ppl when my interview will be and what i must do now cause im lost

I married my husband who lives in jordan in july 2005- i submiited the I130 petition through attorney and USCIS received it September 2005- Well we have not heard anything yet with an approval. I wrote to USCIS and they wrote letter back stating that the petition is still being processed and if we dont hear anything in 6 months to please contact them again. Well if we wait another six months- it will be a year and a half without hearing anything. Is there anything we can do to speed this up?? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP US

hi friends im from jordan im married to sweet wife from usa in july 2005 and we use attorney in august 2005 and oyr petiton was in california in 14 sep and untile this time we not hear anything yet from them and attorney said he cant do anything to let the petition approval fast and i look in this site there are many ppl get the approval in short time and they rae from jordan too in middile east and in the same uscis center im mean california so i wish any one can help me or tell me what i can do cause its 10 month now after we start our petition and nothing new its like 300 say now and really we start feel so bad cause we not hear anything .............
