I'll be glad if anyone can educate me on DV lottery Visa denial based on section 212(a)(6)E . If one is denied visa application due to the above mentioned section, does this means that the visa applicant is banned from entering into USA regardless of visa categories? Again what are the actual consequences of being faced with the stated section.

Thank you very much for your honest opinion. Coming Thursday will be exactly 3 weeks after the interview. I'll likely wait till Tuesday evening if still nothing changed then I will contact them. Actually the friend who had his visa status showing ISSUED went to collection point the same exact two weeks period but only to be told that the visa isn't ready for collection inspite of the fact the said update took place 4  working days after the interview. I hope it's not the real scary administrative processing. One observation I made was, my case was delayed, called after lunch, apology offered for the delay, however, my interview was rather short with the exception of finger printing, it could be less than 1minute and nothing was typed in my present before the blue sheet indicating collection point was handed over to me. Thank you again.

To add up to the above, I'm aware that the site underwent update precisely yesterday hence my conviction that I should be getting better response.

By God's grace I had a successful visa interview at Accra US embassy last week. However, in an attempt to track the progress of my Visa issuance status by inputting for instance 2017AF*****, I'm always getting the response "invalid immigrant visa case number". I'll be glad if anyone can help me out as to how to go about this challenge.

I really don't know but many people were not seen on that day. My husband and I both wonder if it has something to do with this fake embassy that has been from what the authority said have been operating for the last 10 years. Who's to know all we know is that we waited 2 months to go to the interview just for them to tell us on the day of that its postponed. Our petition is not a complicated one.

Hence, the reason behind that decision to postpone your interview could be subtle. Unpleasant that decision might be, trust GOD that it's certainly going to work to your advantage.

Today my husband had his interview. And to both of our surprise the staff from the embassy said his interview was postponed cause of the lack of consulate available. We have waited so long for this day to come to only get pushed back or delayed another 2months.He has all the required and requesting documents to complete his interview. Sorry to hear what you've been subjected to. Please if I may ask, does this under capacity of consulate officers to conduct interviews means that no interview is being currently conducted at the Accra embassy? I have interview scheduled for next week and I will like to know whether your experience is limited to your case type or all other types of interviews.

It's a bit confusing here and I'm stacked. ON the DS 260 it's asked to indicate the number of educational institutions attended. Do I have to list all educational institutions attended since primary school to university level?

Also, can state only two thus high school and university?
