im leaving in the morning to fly to Reo, Brasil for are interview on the 18th. im so nervous and i know i will not sleep tonight. if they deny us for any reason are lifes will be crushed but i know i have to think positive. did you guys get the same feeling before your interviews.

save your money and use it on a nice trip to spend with your baby, i wasted a $1000.00 hiring one and all she did was send me the i-129 forms to fill out. later i found this site and this is your best attorney right here, all the info you need and then some. it helped me out so much here i schooled my attorney on allot of things that she had no clue.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM AND THEY GOT MY PETITION AND SENT IT OUT TODAY AND ITS ON ITS WAY TO BRAZIL.........WE WAS APPROVED ON SEPT 27TH SO I HOPE THEY GOT THE OTHERS WHO WAS WAITING ALSO, IM SO HAPPY. oh sorry for the caps cause im so excited.....

This is a nightmare........waiting 4 weeks now for CSC sending my case

to NVC. Approval date 9/28. I just want to vomit reading about all the delays

of some waiting 2,3 plus months to be shipped to NVC.

First the IMBRA mess, now this !

and yet there are those approved after me flying through NVC and on their

way to the embassy.

I am happy for them, really I am. But I just want to know what is going on.

was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this

notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your

address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business

hours.

we both are doing flips right now, i know its not over yet and we still have a road in front of us, but what is are next step and should she start getting her exams and police reports done or does she have to wait for something in the mail from the service center..

so many replies in such a short time, thank you all. it does make you feel better knowing that there are others going through the same thing and willing to help you. i just wish my baby could be here by x-mas.

i paid a attorney but after coming to this sight i proberbly could have done it for myself because it just seems like all she is doing is giving me the forms to fill out. do any of you think its better to have an attorney than to do it alone.

i just wanted to say hello to everyone on here and this is my first post but i have been reading my ### off. this is the hardest thing of all is waiting. it has been 2 months now since i got my offical reciept number. my fiance lives in brasil and i live in florida, i have been there 3 times allready since we met in january 06. i cant wait for her to get here because the trips there are killing me with the cost of the plane fare and time off of work but we just cant stay away from each other.
