Salam Mourad,
I can say I had some hard times getting my wife's visa too.
We had medical exam October 24th, interview 26th, delivered medical 31st.
Status stayed "AP" from the October 26th (Interview date) till November 14th when it changed to "ISSUED"..and I didn't get a call from UPS till the 17th to tell me that the visa is ready for pickup.

BTW I delivered the Medical to VFS but I picked the visa from UPS.
Hope you get something by tomorrow.

Just ask him to go and get vaccinated again that's all.
He can get a list of the required vaccinations, and just go get them from local hospitals.
These are some of them (if not all) (they are in French to be understood by locals)

- Anti Hepatite B
- DT Adulte
- La Minangite
- Polio "2 Goute".

Just make sure to have those before his Medical exam and his interview.

Hey Daylight, thanks for encouraging me to call! I was thiking about it before but I was debating whether to do it today or tomorrow. So yes I just called and the lady said they just received the case on the April 29th, last Friday!

So you were right lightning didn't strike twice! Also I had called the USCIS robot last weekend and it only told me Case Was Received December 17th!

Good news!! Got a text today to my phone saying my case status had been updated. Logged in ASAP and sure enough, it says our file is being transferred to the NVC!

Looks like the approval happened yesterday...I wonder why it took a day to update online but either way, I'm not complaining!

I texted my husband right away that the petition was approved. He said, "What does that mean?"

Me: We get to send in more money and paperwork! Woo hoo!

Congrats Nadhir, you are considered Jan 2016 filer just like me. I sent my petition by Dec 28, USCIS received it by Jan 4 as well.

Hi guys, I'm a December Filer, and I've been watching this thread for awhile.

Few minutes ago,I received a text message saying my case has been updated, and when I checked my status on USCIS site, I found

"On April 27, 2016, we approved your Form I-130".

So, I thought I should give you guys a heads up especially for Texas filers (I know how do you feel).
I guess we're all in the same boat...all of us wanna be with their someone; under the same roof...
