I just wanted to ask a question regarding the I864.

Do I have to take an original signed I864 to the interview, if so does the date of signature on the I864 have to be current as of signing or can it be the date when it was submitted to the NVC?

My case finally changed to "In Transit". I found the DHL tracking for it too. ETA to Mumbai - Tuesday, 5/24. I swear I'm like a stalker with this whole process.

How do you find the DHL tracking #? We are waiting for "In Transit" too. Our interview date is in Mumbai for June 22nd.

There is no mention of Biometrics anywhere on the interview letter. Is that done at the interview itself or do i have to schedule it separately? If so where?

We just received the interview letter via e-mail but have yet to receive the case complete letter. Has this happened to anyone and should we be concerned? Also, the interview letter has a L next to Marriage Certificate but there is no document status code definition for L. What does L imply? Thanks.

Just called NVC and was given the good news that our interview date is scheduled for June 22, 2016!! Thought we would have missed this scheduling cycle since our cc was May 4th and was expecting something in July. So very happy right now!!!

Hi guys!

Just got a CC!!!

Had received a check list for missing marriage certificate on the 28th of April, scan date was 30th of March. Case was put under supervisor review. My wife just called today for an update and apparently the marriage certificate was there all this time.

We are just so happy to have not lost much time do to the error on NVC's part.

Hi everyone! Congratulations to all who have received a CC.

We have been on this forum for a very long time. It has helped us a lot.

Today was our 29 day from the scan date, called NVC and they told us we had a checklist for missing marriage certificate, which we had sent in the package. We made a exact copy of the mail we sent to NVC and the marriage certificate is in there.

After calling several times we got to a supervisor 'Justin' who said that he would request the documents to be sent to his desk for review. When we asked whether we should mail in the marriage certificate once again he said it was up to us, but if we do so and if he reviews it and finds the marriage certificate he would sill not he able to complete the case because of pending mail.

I would please like some help on how to proceed further.
