Have you checked your ELIS Account online? USCIS may have uploaded a printable PDF copy of your Oath notice on there.

I am still not clear with how VJ comes up with current processing times. It says USCIS is currently processing July 2nd for N-400. Whereas, majority of june filers are still waiting and even some May folks too........ This is confusing to me

With the current snail speed rate, its going to be hard to get interviewed and take oath by the year end.

Particularly, Atlanta field office, its super slow. Its almost like the ROC days.

Just curious, when your interview notice came through in mail, were you also able access a soft copy of it in your USCIS account online?

Mine PD was 6/02 and FP on 6/30 with IOE#. Still waiting.....................

It seems we are almost in the same boat. Filled N-400 on June 1st and did biometrics on June 30th. Up till now, I have not heard anything back from USCIS. My case status online has not changed since then. I learnt there is a backlog due implementation new of IT systems. I mean if your receive #IOE.... as opposed to NBC... for those that filled using old forms.

I guess the waiting games lingers on

It is now 9 weeks (2.1months) after my N-400 biometrics and my case status has not changed to "in line for interview".

Is this normal or there is no need for me to panic?

There is nothing more to my 2013 missing tax filling. It was not accepted and we never received any mail to that effect. However, we just mailed the 1040 again to IRS today.

Let me comb through my email, I think I have a soft copy it. I'm thinking of sending over the items that I have now and then include a notarized letter why 2013 tax transcripts wasn't included. It may take IRS up to 6 weeks or more to process once we file now and then request for transcript thereafter. Atleast, I hope to bring along the 2013 transcripts to my N-400 interview down the line.....

I am currently working on my N-400 application based on 3 year rule. I requested our joint official tax transcripts for the last 3 years (2015, 2014 & 2013) but turns out IRS has no record of 2013 taxes anywhere in their systems. Also, they confirmed my account is in good standing and no amount owed on my side.

Now I really need to get this process moving, has anyone submitted only 2 years income tax transcripts for their N-400 processes without any issues?
