Yep! It's because it's a non-immigrant with Immigrant intent.
But if it's Non-Immigrant you're basically approved! If it was denied, it would have never of flipped over! Congrats!
You'll most likely either see an approved tomorrow or monday!
This is what my time line had looked for this:
November 3rd/2015 - Montreal received requested documents. November 4rd/2015 - Status changed from Administrative Processing to READY November 6th/2015- Status changed from READY Immigrant to READY Nonimmigrant! November 6th/2015- Status changed from READY Non Immigrant to AP Nonimmigrant! NOVEMBER 9TH/2015 - STATUS CHANGED TO ISSUED!!

Yea, I was wondering why we were doing a non-immigrant Visa (K1) and checking updates for an Immigrant Visa.

OKAY, so I just checked and it says Non-Immigrant and its on AP, from Ready earlier today.

Yep!

You're close. Watch out for it changing from Immigrant to Non-Immigrant.

But ideally, with sending in documents, it should bounce back and forth between AP, READY, with new creation dates, and then Immigrant (READY or AP) to Non-Immigrant (READY, AP, or ISSUED).

Once you have it as Non-Immigrant, you're in smooth waters from there!
