Hi im a K1 visa, i haven't submit my adjustment of status my gc will expired on august 26 my question is do i really need a letter from a friend or any family friend just to justify our marriage is real or optional?? And where do i have to  adress the check i live at california. Thank you

Yeah, correct that's why im so confused because i filed my aos and my medical is still valid. Now after a long wait to get my interview it's already expired and im the one to blame. But it's not our problem if they schedule us for a interview earlier then it won't get expired.Btw i filed my AOS last year November and i just finished my interview last august 15.

I don't see that there's any specific timeframe as to when an overseas medical expires, only that it's valid if you filed for AOS within 1 year from the date of the overseas medical. I have never managed to find any real proof as to how long an overseas medical is really valid, maybe someone has links from USCIS where we can get that info? 

Yeah a filed within one year of AOS. That's why i don't get it but uscis officer is  trying to get me a new one..

Anyone here still waiting for there I-485 interview? We filed last year Novermber 2016 got my EAD and my I-131 allow me to travel. Since January 2017 my status in usis is ready for a schedule for interview for my I-485 but until now i haven't recieve any mails about my interview or schedule. I called USCIS about my status and they keep telling me to wait, im so frustrated now coz its 6 months, and still no schedule for my interview.. 🙁 Btw im from california. 

Im a k1 visa and i have daughter k2 visa which to follow me here in US. My question is do i need to include her name on I864 on the part 3 question? Me and my husband doesn't include her I thought she will have a seperate form for that. And the uscis told us that our I864 is not completed.kindly help us please!!

Hi guys we all have the same promblem. We sent our package last Novermber 13 2016 and then we didn't recieve any text, email from USCIS but my husband just check this morning they already got the money from the check, is it really possible? What should we do? Should we wait another week to call them. Im so worried.
