I am trying to do a little planning because I want to be with my fiancé for her interview and then fly with her back to the US. How long is the time between the interview and her receiving the visa? I want to know how much time to take off my work.

We have my wife's son and daughter-in-law here on a U for Ukraine travel wuthorizaton. They would like to stay here permanently. I think we need a Form I485 I130 combo. Do we need one for each person? How long does it take?
