does anyone know by any chance how long will a felony show up in a police certificate from Poland? I was convicted back in 2005 in Poland, and now I need to obtain a police certificate from poland, and i am kind of worried that it will show up.

I actually recently found out about his conviction (1998) at that time i was 10 years old and my parents never told me anything about it. My father ha been in prison for 8 months and it was a case of a fake dollar bill, but he was not aware of it.

Hello. I have the following question here. I am waiting for the interview to be scheduled for my parents. My father was convicted for fraud 19 years ago, however, the police certificate shows that he has never been convicted/arrested. Should i be worried that my father would be refused for the visa?
