    I had the fingerprint on 05/22/2017, but I haven't got any notice for in-line for the interview. It's been a whole month already. Am I on the right processing time? I am under Washington DC local center.

     

    Based on my previous experience, I thought fingerprint was only background check based on fingerprints and name. I had this done about a year ago when I was working with a removal of conditions. it is a redundant procedure because nothing had changed.

    Fprints:      Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.
    In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview scheduling.
    Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
    Interview: Date of your interview.

    Yeah. Mail isn't really routed to a person. It's only routed to an address (ZIP11) and then the mail courier actually associates it to the mailbox. In some apartments, each unit has its own unique address so each mailbox has its own ZIP11. In others, there is one address with multiple boxes for the different units at that address. An automated system doesn't know how to separate what mail belongs to 2 different people/units at the same physical address, so they are not enabled for this (or else you would see all of your neighbor's mail/packages).

    I live in the apt ( 4 floors and each floor has 4 units) and the system works great. Unlike UPS ir FedEx, USPS acts upon the adress rather than individual person. Which I feel better than signing up each for my wife and my self.

    I was with Visa Journey for about a year and I am starting another USCIS Application. During that year of waiting, it was really hard to be patient! It makes us all impatient because USCIS is very slow with their Electronic Notification System and online status check website. As we know, USCIS sends out documents without any notice. We just have to keep waiting for that mail to come. 

     

    So here is a solution. It is called informed delivery. I know many of you already signed up for the package version*
    *When a package with USPS tracking number that is related to your address, the tracking automatically shows on the MYUSPS account. It is a great tool to track your GC before it rings up on the USCIS status check website.

     

    But that is not all. Recently (I signed up about two weeks ago), they start to have Mail Dashboard. 
    Mail Dashboard allows people to see what mail comes in every day. The mails are scanned and sent out in the email notification to see what mails you will get on that day. 

     

    It is a great tool to sign up because you do not have to stalk mailman every day.

    I totally understand the madness due to an inconsistent processing of the paperwork. I totally don't understand why they don't work chronologically. 

     

    I moved after I submitted my I751. I changed my address at online but that procedure did not change the outcome.

    USCIS Vermont Mailed date: 04/17/2017

    Date of Decision: 04/13/2017

    Date I received the letter: 04/20/2017 (No status change on the website)

    Website Update 1: 4/24/2017 (Text + Email Alert of "Ordered New Card")

    Website Update 2: 4/27/2017 (Text + Email Alert of "Mailed the Card")

     

    I will keep it posted for the mailed date and received date of the GC

    Nothing from the USCIS in respects to emails and texts yet.

    Im expecting to get some update today or tomorrow as per prior filers.

    This is my 4th time dealing with uscis and I always don't get their work patterns. Still half of Mar 2016 filers are waiting for an approval while May 2016 filers are getting a response!

     

    I will keep up with updates when they ship the card. I have myusps account that tracks usps packages with a tracking number. 

    Hoping to see a tracking number any time soon.

    YAY! I just received a "Congratulation" Letter. My case has been approved!

    The Mailed date was 04/17/2017.

    Date of Decision was 04/13/2017.

     

    Yesterday, I saw Sukie's post. Sukie and I have the same submission, NOA, and biometrics date and I wondered where my case was! I realized that Sukie lives in NY and I live in VA. It takes an extra 1 business day to get to VA from VT.

     

    I submitted N400 last week. One more journey to go! I am pretty sure that it will be my last one!

     

    Can someone please update the list for me? Thanks!

    I filed my application in April at VCS. That was reason why It was time to update another report to 2016 April VCS Google Doc data!

    The initial dates may have been a typo. tkdwls0131 is on the VSC list for 4-20/4-25/6-10 timeline. That sounds more like a VSC timeline. Late May filing with a 6-10 Biometrics will be nothing short of a miracle (I believe in miracles by the way)

    That is correct. I was updating specific info for the people who received their NOA1 around my time and waiting for a biometrics appt letter. Just letting you guys know that it took about 2-3 weeks after NOA1 arrived.

    Not going to be very happy if we don't AT LEAST see some checks being cashed for the VCS today or tomorrow. They had their month off. I'm sure not every sends in their packets the full 3 months ahead of time for various reasons. Every other I-751 thread, even in year's past had checks cashed and NOA1s sent through within a week and a half at most.

    I know. I thought h-1b was choking VCS but It wasn't. I checked 2015, and 2014 April thread and most of the applicant was receiving NOA1 within 1-2 weeks. I hope VCS is not dumping cases to CSC.
